Storage Spaces
Spaces come in many types and sizes with street-level access to most spaces and overhead doors up to 13' high and 11' wide. 30" dock high spaces are also available.
Secure
We offer a state of the art storage facility with two entrance and exit points controlled by keypad or smartphone operated gates which identify each access to the facility by a unique individual code. The entire facility is enclosed by masonry walls and iron fencing. Access to the facility is monitored 24 hours a day by 4k cameras.
Easy Access
We have provided 28' wide paved aisles between buildings for easy ingress and egress, we also include a new free smartphone app that allows customers to access facility from their smartphone.
Climate Controlled
One building is dedicated for climate control using radiant heat in the winter and cooled by night time exhaust fans in the summer.
RV Storage
Covered buildings are provided for RV, Boat and Trailer Storage.
Online Payment
We offer secure online payment or Auto-Bill-Pay via mobile device or computer.
